Memberships
We encourage our members to eagerly take an active role in the society and to help us preserve the history of Granger. We depend on the members being eager to take an active role by participating in the activities and bringing in new people who are interested in joining the efforts to preserve the history of Granger and share it with the rest of the community.
We are eager to have you become a member of the society. Please click on the link to the membership form, print it, and send it along with your dues to c/o Tom Boruvka, 3588 Longwood Dr., Medina, OH 44256. Checks should be made payable to Granger Historical Society.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer opportunities are available for individuals, neighborhood groups, or organizations such as scouts.
The following are tasks that need to be done:

building maintenance and painting

program planning

hospitality/baking

display development

historical research

collecting and cataloging items of local historical value

covering library or museum when open

publicity

gardening

Donations
In addition to membership fees, the historical society has benefitted through financial donations. These can be for general operations, or they can be earmarked for special projects. Keep in mind that the historical society is a 501c3. Monetary donations can be sent to Tom Boruvka at 3588 Longwood Dr., Medina, OH 44256. Make checks payable to Granger Historical Society.
We are also eager to receive artifacts, especially pertaining to Granger Township history, as they can enhance our collections. To make a donation please set up an appointment with Bob Hummel by phone at 330-239-2380, e-mail hummel1195@gmail.com, or stop by on a day that we are open.
