About the event
Welcome in the holiday season at the 4th annual Granger Township Tree Lighting, held on Sunday, November 30, 3:00-5:00 at the Granger Historical Society at 1261 Granger Road, Granger Church next door, and on the green.
This year’s theme will be the 12 days of Christmas, and will include a scavenger hunt in which you will learn some fun facts about Granger’s history. You will also enjoy a special display of antique and vintage doll houses. We hope you will make a shoe box diorama to enter in our competition. Santa will be here to greet you, and provide the perfect photo-op with the antique sleigh in the historical society.
At Granger Church, there will be snacks, live musicians, and a chance to make an ornament for the Christmas tree on the green. The big moment will be the lighting of the tree!

In case you are unable to be with us on November 30, we will again open the historical society for you on Sunday, December 7, 1:00-3:00. It’s beautiful decorations will leave you in awe.
